What we have been up too

I know it has been awhile since I last updated, so I thought I would fill you in tonight. Lets see Rob has had muiltiple injuries. He was trimming the lawn and something flipped up and hit his eye. Luckily his eye lid was closed when it hit or he would be blind. His eye lid blead and was swollen for a few days. He is also allergic to the fire ants so everytime he is bit his foot swells up. He got 5 skin cancers removed from off his chest and back, and finially I got him into the chiropractor on a saturday. The Dr is a friend and was going into work for and emergency someone was having anyway he said that Rob was worse than the emergency. Good news is that Rob can now move his neck! He has not been able to since January. Rob is falling apart out here. :) I think it is because he is getting old. Ha ha. Sam turned one! I can't believe a whole year has passed. We celebrated a whole month late because on his actual birthday we had no kitchen. I mean literally. No stove, sink, fridge etc. So today we celebrated with a halloween themed party. Sam was thrilled with his ghost cake Rob made him. We decorated pumpkins and opened presents. It was super fun. I also made some lasagnua (Grandma Teenys Recipie Yum) and some hairy witch fingers (they were super cute bread sticks.) we made some cute halloween cupcakes earlier this month. It has been a full month. Chris loves football. His team is entering the championship games undefeated. We are so excited about that. We also had a visit from Grandma Carol and Grandpa Bill. We had the best time with them. They came right in the middle of our construction mess. We hope they come back soon to see the end result. There visit was too short we miss them so much! Chris made the A honor Roll, we our super proud of him. That was no easy task. Bekah is getting honored with a reading award at the PTA meeting this Thurday. She has learned how to read and it is very exciting. Sam learned to crawl and moves fast. That kid is into everything! I can't believe how big he has gotten. I love his little smile. We have also had the flu. Everyone has had at least a week they were sick with that this month. There was days I thought we would never get better. I think everyone is on the mend now though. Our construction is coming to an end too. We still have some odds and ends we are fixing, but I am going to post a bunch of before pics so you can see all the work and mess we have been living in. :) Here are the pictures I hope you enjoy.
